Half-Elves (Wild)

Walking in two worlds but truly belonging to neither, half-elves combine what some say are the best qualities of their elf and human parents: human curiosity, inventiveness, and ambition tempered by the refined senses, love of nature, and artistic tastes of the elves. Some half-elves lived among humans, set apart by their emotional and physical differences, watching friends and loved ones age while time barely touched them. Others lived with the elves, growing restless as they reach adulthood in the timeless elven realms, while their peers continue to live as children.
Many half-elves, unable to fit into either society, and rejected by both, choose lives of solitary misfits and outcasts, living in the forests of Asgard and became feral, stealthy and reclusive, becoming withdrawn and in some instances savage.
When Glimjim and his goblin hoards attacked, the nible and agile, Half-Elves, kept watch on the forests and goblins races keeping them in check, outright attack intruders. Eventually, joining the Elves , Dwarves , Halflings , Gnomes , and Humans in a great battle.
It was during this battle, that the half-elves turned on their allies, attacking from all sides, and slaughtering their armies. After years, of pent up aggression, resulting from rejection by their "kin", the half-elves were able to gain a measure of revenge.
Living silently over the years, the half-elves learned the location of cities, towns, trade routes, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities for attack, etc., and shared that knowledge with Glimjim and his goblin hoards.
When the attacks came, the ferocious half-elves showed no remorse, is slaughtering their enemy.
