Morgana III Sends a Strong Message

With Tsuliya free in all but name, Nirvejan started to rumble ever louder for its own freedom. With the western Stolisian port regularly blockaded, Stolisia was unable to provide any sort of aid to Nirvejan. So many people elected instead to take the dangerous route over the southern mountains, illegally crossing the border to deliver weapons, food, and clothing. When news of these smugglers hit, Morgana III swooped on Nirvejan's eastern border, successfully catching an elderly Maiden woman and a teenage girl. The two were taken swiftly to mainland Divinice and declared guilty of a variety of crimes, and sentenced to death. They were taken close to the Stolisian border, in an incredibly public set up, and executed before the eyes of Divinitians and Stolisians alike. Morgana III wouldn't find out if this execution dissuaded future smugglers, as she died only a few months later.
