The Reigning Empress

Ilsa I is the Empress in power at the time of the main events of LotMV. She is firmly focused on the betterment of Divinice and the cultivation of the upper class, and enforces harsh rules upon her Ritual Maidens. Known to be quite reclusive, preferring to remain within the Imperial Palace and inside her villas around the Empire. Has little interest in goings on beyond her borders, even into those of her direct neighbour, and has no intent of ever interacting with Stolisian officials under any circumstances.
