Morgana II

Morgana II had massive shoes to fill, in the form of her namesake and direct predecessor. She continued to strengthen the naval prowess of her nation, and made stronger efforts to reach out to citizens of Nirvejan and Nuli Islands to bring them further into the fold of the empire. No great conquests were conducted during her reign, but by all accounts she led well.
