Continued refugee stream from [west] into Stolisia and [far west]. Stolisia's President demanded the blockade on their port be opened in order to allow them to trade with [far west]. Tsisia II made personal visits to the naval bases in charge of the blockade, despite her failing health, and requested they refocus their blockade on [west] instead.
