Kohinoor I

Directly following Celeste II, Kohinoor inherited many problems. With access to precious minerals removed by the secession of Stolisia, she enforced harsh mining quotas onto [west] and [far west], angering them further. There were many violent protests in these regions, as they sought the same independence as Stolisia. For her reign, she managed a tenuous control over them, though there were many pockets that she couldn't access.
