Roshni I

Continuing the work of her predecessor, Roshni in particular doubled down on investing in territories friendly to mainland Divinice - the north western islands were particularly lavished, while south Divinice and [west] was largely left to its own devices. She also brokered the first wholly peaceful merger with another country - the tip of the northern continent requested aid which she provided, laying the way for that country to declare its loyalty to Divinice and made it the first Divinitian Protectorate. Roshni is worshipped as a true avatar of Ylais in that country, despite her short reign.
