A ragtag group of Kysro worshippers find themselves a home

Long before the gods Kysro and Ylais had made a pact to stay out of each others hair, the large continent of the east was a regular theological sparring ground. While largely dominated by those faithful to Ylais, there were notable minorities of Kysro's faithful. This proved a bad choice, as Ylais rallied her countries to openly quash those who believed in Kysro, and Kysro goaded her own into open warfare. This ended poorly, with much of Kysro's forces wiped out. Those that remained begged for peace, and to be allowed to simply exist. But each country they came into refused to allow them, shunting them along. They gathered many Kysro-faithful across the continent, and many who were on the fence and supported them. Finally, they would reach the southern tip and be booted off the continent entirely, stuck on rickety boats that regularly sprung leaks. Many died on the long voyage westward. But eventually, they would find themselves on a vast Peninsula, luckily uninhabited, which Kysro declared to be theirs! This group, made up of disparate ethnicities and cultures, united only by their faith in Kysro, would come to be known as the Stolisi, with their home becoming called the Stolisian Peninsula.
