Dara stands as the first Empress from the north-west island nation, and she largely disapproved of Mira's brutal actions in the far north west, scaling back some of it. Instead, she instituted 'scare' tactics involving regular military parades in outlyng territories, as a 'threat' of potential action without ever following through. Appeasing both war lovers and peace lovers, she set about bettering her home nation.
