Breach-King Jakobi Roe

The current Breach-King and ruler of Alendal, Breach-King Jakobi is considered one of the more cruel rulers to grace the throne. His interest is solely in amassing his own power, as well as extending the Breach-Kings reach to the lands of Odshore and Fae-claimed territory through force. His predecessor, Breach-King Roe, founded The Carcernatorum as a mining outpost, but it was Jakobi who expanded it into a sprawling prison and city, with a nobles district overlooking it to top. The Carcernatorum has become his second source of un-ethical experiments, as his true interests lie much further than money and power.

Education

Jakobi was educated the same as every other Heir; privately, at a small academy built upon the Breachkings Isles. His training was a mixture of physical, mental and political, and he excelled in all areas.

Employment

The method in which Jakobi obtained the throne is debated; those old enough to remember it claim there were shady circumstances following Breach-King Roe's early announcement and demise.
