The Old Salts

The Old Salts is Ellora's Caucus of boatwrights, fishers, and shipping guilds. The Old Salts are the oldest Caucus in Ellora, descending directly from the merchant marine groups of old Dunagan.
They are Ellora’s most exclusive caucus, and their control of the docks and harbors gives them a bargaining chip they have used time and time again.
The Old Salts and The Mighty have a long-lasting partnership. Together they maintain control of the sound and river.
The chosen leader of the Old Salts has the title of Harbormaster. The current Harbormaster is a half-orc by the name of Rightly Cutter. Rightly is young for a Harbormaster but earned the title after leading the rescue of two colliding merchant vessels.
