Council of Peers

As part of The Concordance, the Red Realm's top nobles agreed that absence of an heir to the throne, they would serve as the realm's governing body. They formed the Council of Peers, composed of the heads of the Seven Duchies of the Red Realm:

• Duchy of Nightwater (titular), Duchess Katrina Nightwater.
• Duchy of Runemane (titular), Duchess Salam Runemane
