Alt'Enian Governing Units AGU

The Alt'Ena'n goverment is the de facto goverment of the Jerulian Jungles and Korn Mountains. It thus not only handles internal city and state affairs, but also region wise issues. However, there are still many distinct villages that do not adhere to Alt'Enan rule. These independent governing units, if they can be called that, are tolerated by the goverment sicne they create plausible deniability of responsibility if any disputes occur outside the city walls - especially relating to other foreign forces.
These are made up of individual areas that all have their own goverining unit called the AGU, which are held by one of the seven dwarven clans.
One of the most important governing unit are the district house of residency and working permit or DiHoReWoP (not official name). They have a station at every district center, where the citizens of Alt'Ena have to come to get permits for working in Alt'Ena.
