The God of Deceit and Corruption lives on the Ebonmere, his own plane of existence. He is the greatest of the Peions since he uses deceit and corruption to continue war between the Peions so no other Peion can gather enough strength to oppose him.
He corrupts mortals, enticing them with rewards of powerful magic items.

General Physical Condition
When he chooses to present himself in the Material plane he uses a form best suited for his needs to corrupt. A nobleman, a beggar, a bard, etc. All are disguises for the Lord of Deceit.

Personal history
During the ages, Sartor always meddled with mortals. He corrupted advisers to turn on their king. He deceived adventures with treasure only to claim their souls. He fought his way up in the dominance hierarchy of the Peions now reigning supreme over the others. Sartor grew bored of only contacting mortals indirectly by using his weaker forms. Never able to cross over to the plane of Arthenos he longs to go there. There his power would be far greater and he could corrupt all of the mortals there. It would be so much fun to watch them betray each other.
