Draumur

Draumur is the Peion of dreams and illusions. It is said that she is the one who gives bad dreams to those who deserve it, those with a guilty conscious; but she also brings sweet dreams to those who are good to the world. Draumur is one of the only Gods who actually likes the beings in Arthenos. She chose the way of Sartor because of her distrust of Thakor. She felt that Thakor was always posing as the great leader but had many secrets himself. She didn’t trust him. But one had to take sides in the divide and if Draumur wasn’t with Thakor, she was against him. Forced to choose the side of the Peions, she now keeps to herself in her own realm. She only uses force to protect her realm from the other Peions.
There used to be a high-standing cult in the name of Draumur, but it vanished one day after trying to find the Dream Mist, a special artefact that Draumur had left in the world. Members of this cult were all Druids from the Circle of Dreams. The Druids kidnapped people in order to subdue them with dreams. While sleeping they could plant dreams in their heads or receive information. They used this technique to influence the way of the world. Now they are gone.
Her realm is called Nightmare, it has a more sophisticated Elvish name, but Humans are quite original in naming things. It’s a misty swamp where a huge fog lingers, which is so thick it is hard to see even what is in front of you. Draumur resides in a small house, nearly unfindable because of the fog. Those who honored Draumur in their life are sent here. If they were good people, they are appointed as servants of her and will have beautiful dreams forever. If they are evil, they are now residing in their living nightmare.
