The Wizards Arcaneum
The Arcanum is the official ministry of magic of the Empire. Its founding was one of the first actions Ulthor took as a new Emperor as he saw the importance of arcane knowledge when conquering the world.
The arcanum is built right next to The Citadel in the middle of Second Dawn and towers as a huge spire over the whole city. On the inside, the arcanum shows its true vastness as the tower is enchanted to harbor ten times more space inside than outside. Seemingly endless hallways and stairways lead to countless laboratories, studies, lecture halls training rooms, and an immense library.
The arcanum is organized according to their fields of studies and there are different divisions specializing in varying aspects of arcane disciplines. A few of the most renowned are the combat mages under the jurisdiction of the Blackstaff Warrick Quickhand, the planar observers' under Kendra Samandez , and the Librarian under Retgrand Shimmereye.
