St. Noel Executioner of Epiel

The newly recruited executioner of Beuggen is an older human with a white beard and a crimson cloak he is often seen walking around with his enormous black executioner's ax. However, all in all, he is a very jolly old man and loves children and no one seeing him for the first time would ever think off him as being a dealer of death.
