Grand Sultan

The Grand Sultan is the title of the ruler of the Efreeti in the City of Brass. As the ruler of the most powerful race in the elemental plane of fire, he controls vast areas of the plane. The current sultan is Grand Sultan Marrake al-Sidan al-Hariq ben Lazan an older Efreeti bulging with muscle and elemental energy.
