As a world encompassing organisation gathering Druids, Paladin following the oath of Ancients, Clerics to one of the many nature gods in the multiverse, the Emerald Enclave's portfolio contains more than one might think.
We are far from boorish preachers of natures right, if all we did was opposing the advancement of civilisation the god emperor would have long since declared the organization an enemy of the state. The Emerald Enclave are watchers, sometimes protectors, other times simply counselors but all our action have the same goal in mind, survival. We are on the watch against threats to the world and strive to enable the coexistance of all that lives. We protect sacred sites and natural wonders. But we also help struggling people flourish.
Our core belief is as long as the natural order is upheld live will continue to thrive. We try to keep civilisation and the wilderness from destroying one another, all the while being vigilant against threats approach from the depth of the world or even outside our plane.
To put it in simple words, we try to be a friend to everyone. But to regard us just as fearful, pacifistic teddybears is beyond naive and you can be certain none of us is kind enough to not use such thinking to our advantage. For we wield nature's wrath which is yet unmatched.
Structure
Circle of Initiates:
All who join the Enclave enter this first circle.
Circle of Earth:
Upon proving their loyality and conviction initiates join the second circle.
Circle of Air:
To join this third circle a druid for example needs to demonstrate his wildshape ability. Other need to perform other deeds worthy in their own right to join the circle of air. Exiting this circle each member chooses one of three paths which decide on the major tasks a person will perform.
Eldath's Circle:
They sail the various bodies of water of the world, searching for knowledge and secrets beneath the waves that would benifit the Enclave
Circle of Alluvium:
They walk every corner of the world, observing for any unnatural forces that need to be put down and ensuring there is a peaceful existence between civilizations and the wilderness.
Planar Circle:
We are the most active here in the new world. Our objective to watch for the most unnatural forces beyond the Material Plane. Many never return to the Material Plane, but send word through other means while they keep their vigilance. In most cases this meant extraplanar activities. The new world is certainly an exception from the normal tasks of our circle.
The Elder Circle:
Within the elder circle, there are three ranks where the topmost is called the Grand Cabal of the Enclave, Shinthala Deepcrest. The second role is referred to as the Hierophant of the Emerald Enclave, and is seen as the spiritual leader of the faction, and should defend the proactive actions, Lady Cindermoon Crystalembers. The third role is that of the Elder of the Enclave, the role of rational and conservative thought, our very own Ashenford Torinbow. He personally oversees the business of the Enclave in the new world.
