Description
This special crossbow uses special needle bolts that can glide through water with ease rather then the normal bolts a crossbow normally uses. Above water, this weapon functions identical to the light crossbow cept it has a range increment of 20 feet. It otherwise counts as a light crossbow for the purposes of proficiencies and special abilities.
