But contained within this barely tangible essence is a power many have never and will never feel. By absorbing one of these into oneself they become imbued with power. They exist in various colors, each buffing different aspects of magic or one's physical self.

After absorbing an aura into oneself all spells, ability checks, skill checks, and saving throws related to the listed school of magic or ability are maximized for 1 minute.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Single tangible mote of light. Almost feeling squishy at the touch but a periodic pulse. The user focuses on the mote for 1 round absorbing it into themselves and granting them power.
