Valwick
Valwick (val-wick) is the northern-most city in northern Eregoth, within the Valen Maru mountains. This city, being so close to the Goliath capital of Buutsagen (boot-sug-ehn), they are stereotyped as the typical bloodthirsty Giant-kin that ignorant Eregothians assume most Goliaths to be. This assumption comes from Valwickians clear emphasis on competition, and their devotion to slay any monsters, undead, or any other sort of unnatural threat that presents itself.
This city has few permanent structures, with most being wooden structures, tents, or thick enough fences to resist what few foolish enemies may attempt to test the might of Clan Godhi (goad-ee), the ruling clan of Valwick. Clan Godhi, and as a result Valwick, are deeply rooted to their nomadic traditions, so the only true permanent buildings are their temple to Kavvak, an apothecary, and various warehouses necessary for food storage.
Another tradition this city practices is that everyone wakes each other up, and greet the dawn with a traditional chant. The meaning of this chant varies from day to day; stories about past warriors, people of note, or the news if anything noteworthy has recently occurred.
