Thorne Kiloran

Thorne Kiloran ^{(THORN kil-ore-an)} is a Human Great Old One Warlock and a member of the Eldritch Council of Zamar.
He is the minister of Immigration and Structural Planning of Zamar. Due to the events of Sokolme's Remedy, he has a lot of work ahead of him and it is currently unknown where he is.
