Julius Caduceus Dallas

Julius Caduceus Dallas is a very old Norstiri vampire from the city of Luxos. His family have been followers of Luxos and have been gifted great blessings and responsibilities from the White Knight. Once long ago they used their knowledge to heal and cure disease, they sought to extend their mission using vampirism to elongate their lives. Now they are gone, wiped out by Eregothians who couldn’t see past their nature. Dallas swore revenge on all of Eregoth for his family's unjust destruction. Dallas has a unique blessing from Luxos that separates him from others with his condition, he is not prohibited by sunlight or running water. He commands the Black Fleet, a highly trained force of pirates and swashbucklers trained in sabotage and who are rumored to be Dallas is a high bishop of Luxos, serving with the Last Hope of Luxos as a spy and a cleaner. He was tasked with collecting information and secrets that could aid the Norstiri when they planned the Storm War. His information on the Golden Isles made it possible for the Norstiri to infiltrate the area on several different fronts.
The Black fleet is infamous in its own right but even deadlier with their admiral. Five blacked ships sail under the banner of Dallas, which have been seen around the oceans of Armea for countless years. Many suspect that the Black Fleet hails from the Undying Pact Lands as they have always been notably anti-Eregoth. They smuggled and distributed powerful artifacts into Eregoth to sow chaos. When folk talk of the Black fleet it is rumored that none of them have coffins and that they simply cannot die. Recently their blockade of Catria has been drawing attention and Ire from the Medici.
