Minister Hazh No’vello
Hazh No'vello is the newly appointed Minister of Defense for the Fey Pact Lands, responsible for ensuring the security and defense of the Fey lands and its denizens. She is a female Loxodon, a Land Druid of the Underdark, and a noble of House No'vello of the Spring Court. Hazh stands just over 7 feet tall, has brownish leathery skin with grey undertones, and dresses in a manner that adds noble trappings to functional clothing.

While Hazh appears to be stuck in a thousand-yard-stare, she is actually simply observing everything simultaneously. Even amongst other Loxodon, she is known for being stoic, pragmatic, and non-emotive.

Hazh generally wears a fair amount of loose, large jewelry and flowing silks. When necessary, Hazh can immediately shed the jewelry and silks to reveal combat-ready clothing.

Personal history
Despite being born into privilege, Hazh has had a vaguely difficult upbringing. Perhaps more accurately, Hazh has been difficult to raise amidst her class. She has always been a very progressive thinker, both socially and militarily. She was eager to hold office from a very young age, but she never wanted any of the trappings or ceremony that must go along with the highest positions. Even with her aptitude for druidism, she never saw the benefits of a purely neutral, balanced outlook. She simply loves to win too much to be willing to accept the inevitable occasional loss. Her single nod to “Fey-ness” is her astonishing grasp of the fashion differences that visual differentiate the Fey courts. As part of the Spring Court, she can always be seen in loose veils and shades of yellow.

Very blunt, yet socially and politically capable when she chooses to be. Hazh was gifted with great wisdom from birth, and augments her intellect with magical items. She is rather charismatic, though this is a tool she only takes out of her bag when absolutely necessary.

Very military-minded: logical, goal-driven, excellent strategist. She has no desire to ever be in the spotlight. Hazh just wants to be left alone to do her job to best of her ability.
