Buutsagen

Buutsagen (boot-suh-gan), lying in the center of the Valen Maru mountains, is the capital of Goliath culture within this glorious mountain range. Ruled by the Valen Maru Clan, this city has been the center of Goliath power for generations, and as long as it stands, it shall continue to be so throughout Goliath tradition.    This is the second largest city, next to Kerboldor, and was founded by Nauzak the Mindhearted, an Archon of Kavak. This city, due to its origin with Nauzak, was the first static settlement that Goliaths created in their time in the Valen Maru mountains. Upon it's founding, it was built near the largest mountain in the mountain range named Gaan, thus explaining it's literal Giant translation, "Built near Gaan." All buildings within this settlement are made of carved, ancient stone, with a living space centered around community. This has lead to each home be communal in nature, meaning multiple families live in the same home. This communal tradition can also be seen with it's baths, gardens, and any other sort of public space, as being for the people that reside within the city.   Within this city, adventurers can find the homely tavern, The Stump. This delightful tavern is carved out of an ancient redwood tree, and laughter and drink can be heard and found within this space.    This city has just recently resworn loyalty to the Eregothian crown, thus contributing their Goliath might to the Eregothian banner.   Holy to Goliath-kin, it houses the Valen Maru clan artifact, Nauzak's Caller. This object is a massive horn, unwieldy to those smaller than Goliath, which when blown, calls those loyal to Nauzak to aid in battle the user of the horn.
