Tovald Magnus

Foreman at the manufactorium linen factory in Dragonwatch. Accidentally beat the child worker Eovald to death for not fulfilling his quota and dumped the body in the sewers. When Eovald's ghost manifested before Rasper, the group investigated his death and found that Tovald Magnus was connected with the Dockworkers' Union. They snuck into a brothel he was visiting, interrogated him to find the location of Eovald's body and killed him (faking his death as a heart attack after Dox stabbed him with a psychic blade).
Tovald had been moving up in the organization, and recently hired Duergar mercenaries from the great below for protection.
