A dragonborn scientist working on a formula for synthetic machine oil. Rasper offered to contact an organization who might be willing to fund his research after saving him from a group of Union thugs in Dragonwatch.
He later discovered a formula for synthetic machine oil and moved to Ekoros to oversee its manufacture for the Oinopoiós family. This paid off Rasper's debt to the family and released them from their service.
