Drugal

The lich Drugal has existed in the Kingdom of Velant as far back as The Solanians. Possessing powerful necromantic magic and knowledge dating back to the beginning of the second age, the adventuring party The Sanctioned encountered Drugal on several occassions, though she was never openly hostile with them.
For reasons known only to her, she aided the insane Lightsworn Janus during The Crimson Harvest, modifying his form and granting him the ability to consume the Anima of creatures he slew.
Drugal resides in the Silenced Cathedral, a lair underneath the island of Sunfall Resort, having an interesting partnership with many of The Syndicate members who run the resort.
