Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Well-fit and light on his feet due to the experiences of fighting in arenas throughout the east side of Arhor'ha. He's on the leaner side though his muscles are fairly noticeable.
Facial Features
A small section on the left side of his lower lip is cut, leaving his teeth always slightly visible.
The only prominent aspect of his face would be the slight definition of his chin, giving it a U shape.
Has very thick and expression eyebrows
Eyes are always in this state of being half-open. Sometimes he appears relaxed though it could also been seen as if his closing his eyes just before being punched

Personal history
There's not much to say when it comes to Trent, at least for a good fourteen years. His mother died during childbirth in Nexus and his father wasn't the cuddly type. At first, he left Trent alone in the house for a few hours, but as Trent grew up the hours turned to weeks which caused him to become self-reliant. Trent never really cared for his father as a result and the two had a very cause-effect relationship. Trent wants some sunflower seeds and his father gives him money to buy them. Trent's dad wants something special for dinner to go with his mead so Trent cooks something from what's left in their barrel. Very surface level and lacking any affection or love.
Eventually the two moved to Freeport, but the cycle continued until Trent decided to change things. When his father left the house for the week, Trent snuck around the city to the best of his abilities and weaseled his way into the crowds of a fight pit. The roar of the audience deafened the beat of his own heart, his eyes glued to the fighter that stood atop the beaten bodies of the losers, and the iron tang of blood in the air hit his taste buds like a battering ram. This is life. This feeling of power, of change, of excitement. It felt like home, at least for Trent.
As soon as he got back home to his father, fast asleep and not bothering to check where he was, Trent told him that he wanted to be in one fight. Surprisingly, conveyed in his own apathetic way, his father agreed to sign him up for a fight tomorrow. The sun rose the next day and Trent found himself excitedly staring up at a half-orc as his father signed some paperwork he assumed was to sign him up for a fight. It was only after his father left and Ode asked when his first fight would be was when he was told quite bluntly by the half-orc that his father just sold him to the pit. Trent was understandably upset, but he let it slide for now as he had gotten what he wanted. He was just staying here for much longer than he originally wanted to.
Trent was shoved off and, like four other orphans, was put in the care of an old tiefling everyone called Ma. With Trent included, Mama had her hands full with five crumb snatchers to deal with but Ode was determined to earn the whole bread.
Leak, the oldest brother, was a human Ma was given after he was fished in from the coast. People that found him that he was dead

Morality & Philosophy
Good - Ode has never tried to hurt other people on purpose just so he could get ahead on purpose. In Freeport, lying and stealing are so common you'd be looked at if you weren't being a two-faced rat. Ode has lied to save people from a quick death, he's humiliated people but never tried to kill them outright, and has a soft spot for people down on their luck. When he was a teenager, he never understood the full sadness of being down on your luck but he still wanted to boost their spirits in the thinking they'd benefit him in the long run. He would never actively go out of his way to help people, but he would set himself up in situations where he wouldn't have to make the first move. Either it be him getting paid, just so happening to be in the same place, or some other sort of compensation when in his heart he wants to help. After his time with the Sun Monks in Sol, he's almost abandoned this old way of thinking and will not show off his good deeds without compensation just for the sake of doing good. Most of the time.

Aylu - Red headed halfling girl that lives as if she's been injected with crystalline sugar. She's pretty cool for a good time
Thyme - Red headed half-elf con artist who may or may not be a real fortune teller. Probably the only person that Ode doesn't have a surface level relationship with outside his family
Bassil - Cool horse riding human. Kinda has a fish out of water vibe, but he's a really reliable guy
Mua'dak - Sand Dwarf. Doesn't judge. Nuff said
Sandy - Kick-ass half-elf from the Order of The Sun that may or may not have a crush on Ode. He's not sure. She has fire fists.
Order of The Sun - An order of sun worshipers that keep the world moving. They seem pretty cool for now
Dante Perdita - A shady tiefling. Don't trust him.
Syn - The one tiefling he had a few dumplings with. She had a big stick
Family Ties
Ma - An older tiefling sponsor that had Ode placed into her band of shrimps (A term used for the child labor in the fighting pits). Mama taught Ode to keep his chin up in a battle and though she wasn't really loving, Ode felt like any approval she gave him was the best. It was because of her that he developed not being too keen on a deep emotional relationships. Tiefling affection is rough but earnest. It's the type of affection you need to read in between the lines to truly accept. The one defining moment when Ode learned Mama truly cared was when Leak had just punched Ode's last baby tooth and Ma told everyone to stop messing with him. He's loved "the old lady" ever since.
Leak - Ode's human "older brother" under Ma's watch. Leak got his name from the times his sheets had to be replaced after he pissed on them during his sleep. He fights with a barbed trident that has an iron prod at the end of it. Leak always hated how people teased and straight up beat him after Ode teased him about wetting the sheets. He took this anger out on Ode and the two of them would be at each other's throats. He’s the reason Ode lost all his baby teeth when he punched them out. He started to pray to Tempus after the abuse became too much for him to handle. Armed with religious zeal, and a justification for beating up Ode in the name of his God, Leak was a solid choice and reveled in the brutality of combat.
Bana - A yellow tiefling with a single horn. She reminds people of a banana. She is magically gifted and usually only ever fought in team matches as a result of her magic being mostly supportive. He signature move was causing the earth to swallow someone whole and giving a shield to her teammates. Her and Ode were always on good terms. She was the least tough on him perhaps because Ode allowed her to team up with him in many of his fights.
A'Joram (A.J.)- Ode's masked "younger brother". He always made Ode feel uncomfortable because of the helmet and it seems that no one knows what's underneath it. Those who tried got cut and bled out. Ode always noticed that he carried a purple/blackish vial underneath his clothes that he'd always empty right before a fight. It seems like pain doesn’t really affect him while he's under the effects of it. A'Joram is definitely the strangest sibling of Ode's. The only time anyone has heard him speak was when he said his name to Ma when he got put under her care. His preferred weapons are two short swords. He’s mostly mute. Him and Ode are cool. Ode usually goes to him when he wants to vent about something because he's such a good listener.

Religious Views
He's not sure who but some god must have called down their angels to smite Freeport. For that reason, Ode isn't religious and is extremely suspicious of religious people.
Social Aptitude
Ode works best when riling up a crowd. He was not good at heart to heart conversations and they actively made him uncomfortable, but being with the Sun Monks have taught him to be more willing to express himself. He could be considered an extrovert. He has some etiquette but not enough to make him seem like a gentleman. His confidence from his teenage years is still present but is very much subdued. He's not one to turn down a good time within reason.
Wealth & Financial state
At one point in his life, Ode was a well-known pit fighter that racked in a fine amount of wealth. Nothing comparable to the families in House Fortuna or a wealthy captain in Freeport, but nothing to scoff at by a regular every day worker.
During his wanderings, he could barely make a gold piece.
Now, after getting his life together and training with the Sun Monks, he's mostly back to his current wealth status due to fighting in the pits again. He's not at his height of wealth but he's content with getting by.
At the height of his career, Ode was decked in various items of gold such as rings, necklaces, belts, emblems, and other items of luxury like fine silk. These items were part of his Pit Fight uniform.
