Crystallis

Crystallis is the city-state that seats the Royal family of the Alliance. It is a city along the sea ruled as a magiocracy of 4 houses. Those that have magic are seen as the upper class and literally live above the city. The Lower class lives below in the shadow of greatness. It is one of the two port cities in eastern Arhor'ha.
