Archmage Caelthalsur Tyrvalsa is the main reason why Argos exists in the form it does today. A major figure durning the Three Hundred Years War, Caelthalsur was imprisoned for many centuries, before reentering onto the world's stage during the First Argosian Civil War leading to the founding of Caelthyr , the rediscovery of the Drow , the reestablishment of the Aegis dynasty, and the near-destruction of all Dracana . And even many years later, though the use of various clones, Simalactrums, and other magic, Caelthalsur is effectively the immortal, if reclusive, ultimate ruler of Caelthyr.
