STANDARD ADDITIONAL WARLOCK POWER CONTRACT
This Purchase of additional warlock powers (hereafter “agreement”) is effective as of the date upon which Xev Gresham, the party relinquishing their soul (hereafter “buyer”) receives the payment of additional warlock powers from Malik Alnaar (hereafter “seller”). This agreement is entered into freely by both parties. Both parties agree to honour and be bound by the terms of this agreement in any court, real, imagined, or otherwise, or as set before any judge or any being serving in a similarly recognizable capacity making judgment as to the validity of this contract, in any state of reality or nonreality, physical or metaphysical, for as long as time exists.
1.1 COMPENSATION
The buyer shall receive additional warlock powers: the ability to hex foes without requiring concentration, the ability to use an invocation well above their natural ability, and the ability to agonizingly blast their foes.
The seller shall receive the buyer’s soul upon the time of the buyer’s death to do with as they seller sees fit.
1.2 CONDITIONS
The buyer shall safeguard their soul until the time of their demise. The buyer will not participate in any form of gambling or dealing in which they are wagering their soul against the possibility of their soul become permanently trapped or rendered unusable to the buyer.
The seller agrees not to partake in any action that may end the life of the buyer prematurely. The seller may teleport the buyer to a location of their chosen for the duration one minute to discuss the agreement as required.
1.3 VIOLATION
Any violation of this contract on the part of the buyer immediately holds the contract null and void requiring a penalty payment the buyer’s soul. If the buyer’s soul is unavailable a sum of 50,000 gold pieces or the souls of 5 other persons of the seller’s choosing delivered to the seller within seven days. Failure to do so terminates the buyer.
Any violation of this contract on the part of the seller immediately holds the contract null and void with a penalty to be chosen by Asmodeus or one of his servants relative to the nature of the violation.
2.1 ARBITRATION
If any dispute occurs between the parties relating to the application, interpretation, implementation or validity of this Agreement, the Parties agree to seek to resolve the dispute or controversy through mediation with an arbiter. Any Party to the dispute may serve notice on the others of its desire to resolve a particular dispute by mediation. The arbiter shall be appointed by agreement between the Parties or, if the Parties cannot agree within two days after receipt of the notice of intention to mediate, the arbiter will be appointed by Asmodeus or one of his servants. The mediation will be held at a place of the arbiter’s choosing. The Parties agree to attempt to resolve their dispute at mediation. If the dispute has not been resolved within five days of the notice of desire to mediate, the arbiter may give a final ruling on the dispute.
2.2 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal for whatever reason, such provision(s) shall be null and void; provided, however, that the remaining provisions of this agreement shall be unaffected thereby and shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
2.3 EXIT CLAUSE
The contract may be terminated should both the seller and buyer mutually agree in writing and of their own free will to terminate this Contract and dissolve the agreement at any time. Additional compensation to either party may be included as part of the termination of the agreement.
