Tozu
A mysterious town in the Cickatrice Tail, separated from civilized Khabar by poisonous swamps. Tozu owes taxation to Neiro Vira, the capital of Ai Sumber, but there is not any known official communication between the two settlements. It is said the Tozuese worship Hai Mitra, the Mother of Beasts, like the people of Yena, though they are further rumored to practice dark rites in their worship.
