King of Hosts, called the Royarch or Imperator

The legendary ruler of all kings. Also called the High King, the King of Kings, the Divine King, and the Earthly Host. The King of Hosts holds authority over all the Mortal Kings of Monos. While the kings have various levels of power in their kingdoms, all inter-kingdom disputes must be brought to the King of Hosts for judgment. In theory, an unjust king's vassal could bring a case to the King of Hosts as well, though in practice only lords are able to do this, and not often.
