Illas
Sometimes called the Roving Town, Illas stands against the East Orckid fortress city of Dubri Ven at the Basilisk Fork. Peopled mostly with raiders, Illas is oft abandoned in the face of counterstrikes from the great Orckid city, forced to perpetually rebuild, often moving up and down the river.
