Dragon People
The Dragon People are a race of pale people from the Isle of Scey. They have vibrant hair of red, blue, gold, and green, much like the Viisianari. The Dragon People are emigrants from the Isle of Scey, divided between Kingdom of Sceyor, which is invading Southern Olveiria, and the Protectorate of Celoria, who have joined the Batsalian Union as a vassal state.
