Daggan of South Bank
A poacher and self-proclaimed murderer in service to Razlyn Raelth.
Daggan and his brother Judder fled south from the southern bank of the Blue Wyrm River when they were caught poaching. By his own words, Daggan claims to be a murderer who slew a Satari priest in his bed. It is rumored that Daggan also claimed to have murdered other wealthy men under the name of the Dragon, though Daggan himself laughs off these rumors.
