Cot Ouerbeil
This eastern fortress city has stood against many invasions from Vaina to the east, though it has also been taken often, typically relinquished via a peace treaty and noble marriage.
Cot Ouerbeil is believed to have once been the home of the Shyei Geir, who were supposedly expelled far east to become the Samayans. The Shyei Geir are thought to have been the cousins of the Onzui Ohir in southern Terminallia, and thus Cot Ouerbeil has a historically close relationship with Velliaro Lon and Collorio Lon.
Cot Ouerbeil is of course overshadowed by Geumsil to the west and Quilto to the east, yet its mixture of Monosi and Vainan architecture, clothing, and arts creates a charmingly unique place. Myths and rumors of the Shyei Geir have created a market for imitation Samayan products, making Cot Ouerbeil a desirable stop for Vainan visitors.
