Only son of Blue Eleina and Sir Stravant Dylaen.
Bartimus' birth was a troubled labor, and was said to have inherited his mother's melancholy.
Sometimes called Bartimus the Cursed, his cousin Barthos the Squire died the year after his birth. Another cousin, Flaithe the Unfortunate, would die of Springlight Fever several years later in 122 NA, and finally Bartimus himself died in 123 NA when he slipped and fell from the battlements of the Boarsden. He had always been a quiet, sullen child, given to wandering silently, and none questioned what he might have been doing up on the battlements. Rumors say the guardsmen onsite was whipped or even hanged after the Prince's death.
