Founded 1990. This settlement, is part of the Drotus Empires Expansion plans. But do to its remote location, from any prosperous farmlands. It have a hard time replenishing its food supplies from the empire. And have come to a halt.
Due to its location in the Empire, its laws are less strict. Slavery is legal, but far less common.
Most of the people living here got here do to there difference in view with the Empire, but does not openly express it to other Empire citizen.
People living in Haimio, knows that elves and dwarves live in the city, but keeps this a secret.
