Yben Fortress Academy
Yben Fortress Academy is a place that youths go to learn skills and morals. Often those who have been on a bad path previously are brought here by desperate parents to be straightened out. They hold short term boot camps and longer term trainings. They work on physical and academic improvement. Initially they were established to bring people into line. Youths or otherwise. Over time they realised that it was important to provide mental stimulation as well as moral and physical training. They started developing a philsophy of Imparting Goodness and it informs everything they do as an academy. Some students choose to come here, others are given little choice. But on the whole, the Academy has a high success rate of turning students away from the life of a wastrel.
Structure
Each department has it's Grand Head. They form a governing body of sorts who ensure things are ticking along nicely.
They have a Head under them, then the undersecretary, tutors, physical trainers etc.
There are also schedulers and supervisors who ensure the students fulfill their duties. Instead of hiring workers to cook and clean and take care of day to day business, that is counted as part of their training. After all, busy hands can't make mischief.
Culture
The Academy encourages Good above all else. The students who graduate are the ones who have changed for the better.
Work hard. Do Good.
Busy hands, can't do harm.

Reduce youths making poor choices, put them on a path to do good.

They have the buildings of the academy, and funding from the students (or their sponsors)
History
Amonhar, and several of his last adventuring party were catching up in the nearby tavern. They discussed the decline in social etiquettes and were bemoaning the behaviours demonstrated by youths today. They each knew of at least one individual who could do with a bit of reformation. They decided to start an experiment of sorts. A kind of project. They had been given a building in Yben Fortress as thanks for a task they helped the militia with. So they thought they would set up a small base of operations and try to reform some youths. They wanted to know if they could change someone's tendencies towards good. Over time they saw successes and failures which informed their philosophy of goodness.
Good is only as good as your last good deed.
