Spearslug
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Spearslug is like a slug, but big as a bear, and instead of simply having a shell on the back, they also have a spearlike one ontop of their head, that looks like a little cone.
Genetics and Reproduction
The Spearslug reproduces itself by consuming and splitting itself apart.
Growth Rate & Stages
The spearslug has a ten year life expectancy before it dies. Their size and growth depends on how big they were when splitting and how much they consume. During their life-span they also grow several spears and shells.
Ecology and Habitats
The Spearslug's natural habitat are caves within the mountain, where they can easily slide on their slimey bodies. They also carry perfect nightsight and can easily trap creatures within caves, something that has become vital for their survival, as they are very slow.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The Spearslug consumed everything they can come past, but mostly meat. They hunt by waiting on ledges, hidden within their shells before they slide down, aiming their spears at people to impale them. Once impaled, they consume the victims.
Biological Cycle
The Spearslug sheds it's shell and spear. It also dries up on death.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
