Personal history

The Sire is known as the most important figure in Diestrian history, having been born from the ancient noble family said destinied to rule the lands. Already as a young child, he had to spend his days as always protected by several bodyguards and with a master of arms tutoring him in swordplay and survival. The foes of house Di'estra were many, the region caught in a massive civil war between raging nobles, the original inhabitants of the Blackwoods and various demon worshipping cults.
When his father eventually passed away and Judais took over his throne, the first thing he did was to put all efforts into uniting his Empire. In secret he studied demonic rites and incantations, summoning forth infernal beings to pit the cults and nobles against one another, while he himself patiently waited for the chaos to break loose.
In the meantime, utilizing a rare resource known as Bloodstones he'd smith jewelery and artefacts meant to control the consorts he summoned forth. Using the relics known as the Dominion Sceptre and the Bloodblade he could wrest dominion of the mind of both humans and demons. Thus, the legions of summoned damned he commanded to capture and enthrall anyone who stood in his way.
Though he managed to unite his empire, the Sire of Demons later faced the threat of the elves, where he'd rally Diestria into an all out war against the God Empress, which resulted in her taking a spear to his heart, ending his reign.
