Culture
The company go underneath a true neutrality policy where they take no sides or stances on other factions and politics. They wish to stay in the good graces of as many organizations as possible to be allowed their guildhalls among foreign cities. To them, being professional and staying true to the task at hand determines wether they're a company member worth having, or if they're inbound for termination, as in being banished from the company - not executed.
They care little for whom it is they perform a task for, as their core concept doesn't exactly involve being a private military. Whomever needs them for whatever are questions not worth to ask, since all they do is lay grounds for infrastructure and construction based on the betterment for civilizations.
Public Agenda
Proudly representing the construction of infrastructure and transports, the Raven Company makes their greed well known by shamelessly flaunting their near monopoly of creating railways for mines, trains and shuttles within the big cities. They say that they wish to enlighten the world with their industries, which rapidly pumps coal and oil into the atmosphere, while they soar freely amongst these dark clouds through their large fleet of airships.
Assets
The Raven Company has no shortage of silver, gold and manpower. A wealth and popularity accumiliated through their vast amount of owned industries and transport services across the civilized world. They also have one of the world's largest fleets of aerial warships, with a standing private army and several other mercenary bands working underneath their gilded hand - all operating from a brain of the hivemind, known as the skybound city of Paradise.
