Unicorn Constellation
The second-most well known mystery of Astus Musellum, Patron of Arts and Mysteries is the unicorn constellation he left in the sky.
Origin
Astus, during the early days of his demigodhood, took the time to create constellations relating to each demigod. However, he also created one in the image of a unicorn, creating yet another mystery in his long list. The constellation consists of 10 stars.Significance
Some have attributed the unicorns meaning to the prominent star at the end of its horn, Astra. Astra symbolises guidance and purpose, and can be seen all across the globe with its shining white light. Some people believe this is a prophecy of another demigod, despite Astus not being a fortune teller nor adding any new constellations until a new demigod arises. Among these believers are those that pray to it already, hoping that when the demigod arises that they'll be given good fortune for years of faith. Others believe that it is a deity in itself already, and pray to it for that reason. Many people who have looked up to the skies and saw this unique, unexplained constellation have come up with their own stories. Each village across Kaeoma has their own variant, and it is entertaining to hear some of the more outlandish ones. Those that wonder if it is Astus' own constellation are quickly reminded of Astus' own constellation, a bird often called the Phoenix. The reason for this is it's own entire mystery, though it has some easier explanations than the Unicorn. One of which is that his mysteries are undying, forever in the minds of the people, constantly challenging people to solve it.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
