Sir Itaurus

A human of the noble class who was involved in some of the darker dealings in the underworld of the City of Vell  in the days before its fall.  His family had been involved in shipping, and he had expanded his holding into cartage as well.  Using these he got money out of most of the commerce moving in, out, and around Vell. 
Much of his success was that he was openly breaing with the powers of Vell, and had aligned himself with the Great Old Ones.  With this powerful aid he was able to make many of the right moves.  It was what lead him to seak out and ally himself with the leaders in Overwater group when he saw them rise to power in the growing ward of the city that was rife for insurrection.
He actively worked to assist Rolen when he returned leading the Army of Chaos.  His work inside Vell was insturmental in the final victory of the forces.
