Factory Bosses their power is either considerable or non-existent and relies solely on the persons ability to manipulate, coerce and guide the many members of their organization into agreement.

Duties
The main duty of the AoP is to schedule and organize meetings of the Factory Bosses, this is no simple task though as many of the bosses actively try and fight each other over territory, contracts and resource rights. Even a venue choice is highly scrutinized and may be seen as favoring one person over another. The AoPs other duties include making sure that there is not violence at any of these meetings and that they are a safe place, which is why it is never held in the same place twice and no one included in the meeting knows where the location is ahead of time.
Benefits
There are two main benefits to being the AoP that do entice some into taking on the role. The first of which is that the AoP is guaranteed a seat on
The Silver Council though this may take a while to arrange in the case of the vacating of the seat but it is something direclty promised for taking on the role.
A more subtle bonus is the direct interaction with every factory boss in the network which can lead to some very lucrative deals for the Arbiter themseleves.
