Farthorpe

Farthorpe is a village on the western fringes of the Kingdom of DrahnDrahnDrahnDrahnDrahn. It lies in a valley and is the hub for several smaller farming villages.
It was the center of swarms of undead that arrived a few days after a massive earthquake. After the undead horde was pacified by the Baron of Pollish and his troops, with the help of some adventurers, and the sacrifice of a paladin against an unspeakable horror, a new barony was created by the King in the far off capital city of Drahn, also called Drahn. The youngest son of the Count of Brighthaven was elevated to the rank of Baron, and given the territory of Farthorpe. The Baron of Pollish, the frontier lord dealing with threats to the kingdom had hoped his own holding would be increased, and perhaps be elevated to count.
Now the seat of the Barony of Farthorpe, the village is growing, and the ditch and palisade are nearly complete.
