Lord of the Baron of Pollish of with its current seat in New Pollish.
The Baron of Pollish was used to being the only baron in the only barony west of the Highfalls river.
Pollish is the site of an ancient city with an even more ancient fortress on the bluff overlooking the ford.
The ancient Wizard/King's road runs to a bridge, now collapsed, and makes a Y that takes a slope down to the warf & dock area. A similar sight is seen across the river, the Highfalls River.
The ancient arches of the Fallen Bridge show the power of the ancient Dulmar Empire as the supports are still there and as pristine as the road. Long sections of the bridge are simply "missing" like they were cut away (disintegrate). The ancient wizard wars caused that, no one knows how, except maybe a wizard.
The gaps are wider than current know how to span them with more conventional means. There is a swinging rope bridge limited to foot traffic, with a high fee for those willing to pay it. Freight crosses at the ford or takes the ferry, or takes barges down to the Central Sea.
